Downgrade linux package

The minimum version to which downgrading is possible is 1.4.x.

Before Steps

Make sure you have a backup of the target version to downgrade.

Downgrade Plan

All data will be deleted except for backups during the point 1, but we strongly recommend that you save backups on external media.
  1. Remove old package (all data will be deleted except backups, but we strongly recommend)

    apt purge ginc-radar
  2. Install version you need

  3. Configure your installation

    ginc-radar-ctl configure --skip-db-migration
  4. Restore from backup

  5. Reconfigure your installation

    ginc-radar-ctl configure
